It is a Media Agency established in 1989 by four large groups from the US advertising industry: the LEO BURNETT GROUP, DMBB, YOUNG RUBICAM and GREY GROUP.
By the mid-2000s, fifteen years later, the groups had set up their own media businesses with their own organizational structures, and these were in turnabsorbed by other groups.
